Placing an Order

To Place an order 50% advance is required. 

Remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery of the product

No Product shall be dispatched before ALL dues (incl Delivery Charges) are cleared

Please select the dress size carefully as change in size can be difficult once the product is ready. 

Order Ready Time

Once an order has been placed, the time required for the product to be ready is as follows

Ready to Wear: 1 week

Bridal : 6-12 weeks

Menswear: 4 Weeks

To get an exact timeline you can get in touch with our support staff and request for an expedited delivery as well.

Order Ready Time committed does NOT included the Delivery Time Period as it differs for every location. 

Delays Due to Un Cleared Dues

We shall not be responsible for any delays caused due to late payment and uncleared dues.

If an order is ready and there are still uncleared dues, they should be cleared within 15 days or the order shall be considered cancelled and no refund shall be provided either.

Refund and Return

We have a strict NO REFUND Policy.

Once an order is placed its initial amount cannot be refunded.

After delivery of the finished product it cannot be returned either.

Product Delivery

All of our product deliveries are done by third party courier companies over which we have no control. We wont be responsible incase of any delay or damage caused during delivery by the courier company.

Variation

The raw material used in our dresses is sourced from the open market and due to changes in supply there can be slight variations in the dress.
The color of our dresses may vary slightly due to difference in photography lighting or color calibration of your viewing screen
 

Alterations

Once a product is delivered and should you want to get it altered we do offer a one time alteration but only for Local Clients. You can send us the product and we will alter it and send it back but shipping charges will apply.

Shipping for Alteration

To return your product for alterations, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
